Bookings
THE EARLY BIRD PRE-SALE FOR TRADE VISITORS STARTS ON FEBRUARY 10, 2025 (10 AM). Accreditation (please click on the link) is required in advance. The production ‘Der allerbeste Familienstreit. Ein Familien-Forschungsfest’ is excluded from advance booking for trade visitors.

THE OPEN PRE-SALE STARTS ON FEBRUARY 24 (10 AM). To book, simply click on the ticket link in the schedule or programme.
You can read in a blog post which special ‘festival paths’ are recommended for attending several performances.

EVENING BOX OFFICE
The box offices of the participating venues open 1 hour before the start of each performance. Until then, bookings can only be made via the ticket service.
ADMISSION
Early admission for people who would like a more accessible entrance or for people with limited mobility is possible 20 minutes before the performance begins. This early admission offers the opportunity to find your way around the room in peace, recognise possible obstacles and get to know the surroundings better. General admission for all guests begins 10 minutes before the start of the event. The meeting point for everyone is in front of the respective hall entrance.
The possibility of late admission depends on the respective production and cannot be guaranteed.

Holders of a Berlin Pass or proof of eligibility can also book a three-euro ticket at the box office or by calling the ticket hotline the day before the event.
*Discounts apply to school pupils, students, pensioners, recipients of unemployment and citizens‘ benefits, holders of a severely disabled person's pass, those doing federal voluntary service, trainees, recipients of asylum seekers’ benefits and holders of a Berlin Pass or proof of eligibility.
**These prices only apply to trade visitors. They are staggered according to solidarity and can be selected according to self-assessment. With the Solidarity Award and the Solidarity Award Plus you can actively support the AUGENBLICK MAL! Festival actively.
***2.00 per ticket canbe covered by theJugendKulturService (JKS) on presentation of the relevant proof. When using the JugendKulturService (JKS), the accompanying educators receive additional free tickets (one free ticket per 7 children for extracurricular institutions, one free ticket for schools with a group size of 15 pupils or more). Each additional accompanying person receives a 25% discount on the regular ticket price.

Accessibility
- The building is completely barrier-free for people in wheelchairs and those with limited mobility. There is barrier-free access to all three stages.
- A wheelchair-accessible toilet is available.
- The lift to the upper floor is located to the left of the cafeteria.
- One assistance dog is allowed.

- The main entrance is accessible via a ramp.
- The hall on the ground floor offers step-free access.
- There is a wheelchair-accessible toilet on the ground floor.
- The studio on the first floor is only accessible via a staircase.
- Unfortunately, there are no parking spaces for pushchairs. Please bring your own lock!
- Assistance dogs are not allowed.

Accessibility
- Wheelchair access is possible via a ramp to the left of the entrance door (Klosterstraße) or a ramp in the courtyard (entrance Waisenstraße). If assistance is required to open the door, please contact the reception (030 24749 700 or intercom at the cellar door/door to the courtyard).
- Barrier-free access to all floors is available via the lift in the foyer.
- A barrier-free toilet is located on the ground floor.
- 1-2 assistance dogs are allowed in the screening.

Theater an der Parkaue

Accessibility
- The closest barrier-free public transport stations are S+U Frankfurter Allee (with a lift, about 500 m away) and the tram station ‘Rathaus Lichtenberg’ (200 m away).
- There are marked disabled parking spaces directly at the theatre.
- Stages 1, 2 and 3 are barrier-free. Stage 1 is located on the second floor of the theatre and can be reached by lift. Stages 2 and 3 are at ground level and barrier-free.
- All stages have wheelchair-accessible seats. The directly adjacent seats are provided for any necessary accompanying person.
- A wheelchair-accessible toilet is available in the ground-floor foyer of Stage 1.
- Assistance dogs are allowed.

Accessibility
- The entrance to the audience area on the lower stage is at ground level. Wheelchair-accessible seats can be found in the third row.
- The foyer and the upper stage (first floor) are accessible via stairs and a lift.
- There is a wheelchair-accessible toilet in the foyer.
- A guidance system for the blind is in place in the foyer.
- There is a raised step on the stairs in front of the main entrance. The raised edges are colour-coded and clearly visible.
- Assistance dogs are allowed.
